Andrea Golden-Muse is the First Assistant General Counsel for the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services. With the Department’s Legal Division, she supports the Department’s work at the intersection of mental health and the justice system. Since joining ODMHSAS, Andrea has worked with Justice Services and other Department teams on changes to Oklahoma’s competency continuum. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Arts in Letters from the University of Oklahoma and a J.D. from Oklahoma City University School of Law.
