Dedra Hansbro is the Chief of Justice Services for the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services. This division oversees programming and diversion opportunities throughout the criminal and civil systems. Since August of 2025 Dedra has worked with a team at ODMHSAS to bring much needed changes to the State’s competency continuum. Over the previous twenty plus years, she has worked within the justice system in various capacities, diversionary programs and has served diverse substance use and behavioral health populations. Dedra holds a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Oklahoma and is a licensed LPC.
