Jaclyn Rivera is an Assistant District Attorney in Oklahoma County. She has been assigned to the juvenile division since 2006. Ms. Rivera began her legal career prosecuting delinquent and Youthful Offender cases, and in 2011, she began prosecuting deprived cases. In 2020, Ms. Rivera became the team leader for the juvenile division and now oversees and assists with the prosecution of all delinquent, Youthful Offender, and deprived cases for Oklahoma County. Ms. Rivera works closely with her multidisciplinary team to ensure the safety of children and the public. She is a faculty member for ChildFirst Oklahoma Forensic Interview Training program and has provided multiple trainings on juvenile law for DAC and Court Improvement Program.
