Jason Harley currently serves as the Associate Director, Chief of Domestic Operations for the U.S. Department of Justice’s Joint Task Force Vulcan (JTFV). JTFV works closely with U.S. federal investigative authorities, both in the United States and abroad, U.S. Attorney Offices, and foreign law enforcement partners on cases involving transnational criminal organizations, including those groups designated as Foreign Terrorist Organizations.
Prior to joining JTFV, Jason served as an Assistant United States Attorney in Oklahoma City for approximately 8 years where he primarily focused on the development and prosecution of Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force (OCDETF) cases.
Since 2008, Jason has served as a Judge Advocate in the U.S. Air Force. From 2008 – 2016, he served on active duty as a prosecutor, area defense counsel, and a regional senior defense counsel. Currently, he is the State Judge Advocate for the Oklahoma Air National Guard and holds the rank of Colonel.
