Kaiti Hagain, Senior Project Manager – Family Treatment Court Programs
Kaiti Hagain serves as the Senior Project Manager for Family Treatment Court Programs at the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services. She began her career in Child Welfare in 2009 and brings 17 years of experience working within child welfare and deprived court systems.
Kaiti was first introduced to Family Treatment Courts in 2011 as a Child Welfare Specialist and later became the Coordinator to help implement the Oklahoma County Family Treatment Court in 2012. In 2017, she transitioned into a statewide role providing technical assistance, training, and support on best practices for family treatment and deprived court systems.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Oklahoma State University and a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Oklahoma.
