About me
Judge Flanagan has served on the Juvenile Justice Oversight and Advisory Committee for 15 years and currently serves as Vice-Chairman. He served as Chairman of the Oversight Committee for Uniform Representation of Children and Parents in Cases Involving Abuse and Neglect, ultimately resulting in the creation of the Family Representation and Advocacy Program (FRAP). He also currently serves as Vice-Chairman of the Cost Administration Implementation Committee and serves on the State Council for Juvenile Supervision. He has been the Associate District Judge of Cotton County for 20 years and lives in Walters, Oklahoma, with his wife Sherri. He has five children, Sarah, Bridget, Kristin, Jennifer, and Brian; two step children, Erin and Evan; 18 grandchildren; and 3 great grandchildren.
