Norman Hall is the Benefits and Retirement Coordinator for the Administrative Office of the Courts. He began his career in Human Resources/Benefits shortly after graduating from Texas A&M University.
He and his family have lived in the Oklahoma City area since June of 2011, and he has worked in HR/Benefits for several local companies. Norman began in his role for the State of Oklahoma in May of 2025.
Norman has more than two decades of HR and Benefits experience and is happy to serve as the subject matter expert for Benefits and Retirement for all Judicial employees.
Away from the office, Norman enjoys spending time with his wife and two teenage sons. When not spending time with them, he’s probably playing golf or board games, or doing a crossword puzzle.
